Welcome to VADO's agent onboarding guide. This documentation is publicly accessible to help real estate agents get started with VADO.

What is VADO?​

VADO is a modern real estate platform that enables self-guided property tours for buyers while providing agents with powerful tools to manage their listings, schedule tours, and track analytics.

Getting Started​

Whether you're joining as an individual agent or part of a brokerage, here's how to get started:

1. Create Your Account​

  1. Visit dashboard.vadoapp.com
  2. Click Sign Up and choose Google or Apple sign-in
  3. Complete your profile with license information

2. Verification Process​

After signup, your account will be reviewed for verification:

  • Timeline: 1-3 business days
  • Requirements: Valid real estate license
  • Status: You'll receive an email when approved
Faster Approval

Agents with verified professional email addresses (brokerage domains) typically get faster approval.

3. Set Up Your Properties​

Once verified, you can:

  • Add properties from MLS integration
  • Configure tour settings (duration, requirements)
  • Set availability windows
