Create Your First Property

Learn how to add and configure properties for self-guided tours in VADO.

Adding a Property​

If your MLS is integrated with VADO:

  1. Navigate to Properties in the dashboard
  2. Click Import from MLS
  3. Search by address or MLS number
  4. Click Import to add the property

Option 2: Manual Entry​

For properties not in MLS:

  1. Navigate to Properties → Add New
  2. Enter property details:
    • Address
    • Price
    • Bedrooms/Bathrooms
    • Square footage
    • Property type
  3. Upload photos (minimum 5 recommended)
  4. Click Create Property

Property Details​

Required Information​

Square FootageTotal living area
Property TypeSingle family, condo, townhouse, etc.

Optional Information​

  • Year Built: Construction year
  • HOA Fees: Monthly or annual fees
  • Parking: Garage, driveway, street parking
  • Description: Detailed property description
  • Features: Amenities and upgrades

Configuring Tour Settings​

After adding a property, configure tour settings:

  1. Click on the property
  2. Go to Tour Settings tab
  3. Configure:
    • Default Duration: 15-120 minutes
    • Maximum Concurrent Tours: 1-5 at a time
    • Photography Allowed: Yes/No
    • AR Mode Enabled: Yes/No
    • Verification Required: Yes/No
Smart Defaults

VADO automatically suggests optimal settings based on property type and size.
