Welcome to VADO! This guide will help you get started with self-guided property tours.

What is VADO?​

VADO is a mobile app that lets you tour homes on your own schedule. No need to coordinate with agents for every showing – browse, book, and tour properties when it's convenient for you.

Download the App​

Get VADO on your device:

Quick Start​

1. Create Your Account​

  1. Open the VADO app
  2. Tap Sign Up
  3. Enter your email and create a password
  4. Verify your email address

2. Complete Verification​

For property access, complete ID verification:

  1. Go to Profile → Verification
  2. Scan a valid government ID
  3. Take a selfie for matching
  4. Wait for approval (usually minutes)
Why Verification?

ID verification protects homeowners and ensures a safe touring experience for everyone.

3. Browse Properties​

  1. Use the map or list view
  2. Filter by price, beds, baths, and more
  3. Tap a property to see details
  4. View photos, features, and AI-powered summaries

4. Book a Tour​

  1. Tap Schedule Tour on any property
  2. Choose your preferred date and time
  3. Select tour duration (15-60 minutes)
  4. Confirm your booking

5. Tour the Property​

On tour day:

  1. Arrive at the property
  2. Open VADO and tap Start Tour
  3. Access code is revealed when you're at the property
  4. Tour at your own pace
  5. Tap End Tour when finished
