Duration Settings

Access Requirements
Verification Level
- None: Anyone can book (not recommended)
- Email Verified: User must verify email
- ID Verified: Full identity verification via Stripe Identity
Security First
We recommend requiring ID verification for vacant properties and high-value listings.
Auto-Approve Settings
- Auto-approve verified users: Instantly approve tours for ID-verified buyers
- Manual approval: Review each request before confirming
Capacity Settings
- Max Concurrent Tours: How many tours can happen simultaneously (1-5)
- Max Tours Per Day: Daily limit per property
- Blackout Times: Block specific time windows
Entry Instructions
Configure how buyers access your property:
Lockbox/Smart Lock
- Enter the access code
- Set when code is revealed (options):
- At property arrival (geofence-triggered)
- 15 minutes before tour
- After final confirmation
Special Instructions
Add instructions for:
