Finding Properties
Map View
- Open VADO and tap the Map tab
- Navigate to your desired area
- Tap property pins to see details
- Use pinch gestures to zoom in/out
List View
- Tap the List icon (top right)
- Scroll through properties
- Sort by price, date listed, or distance
Search
- Tap the Search bar
- Enter an address, zip code, or neighborhood
- View matching results

Find exactly what you're looking for:
Price Range
- Set minimum and maximum price
- Use slider or enter exact amounts
Property Details

Booking a Tour
Step 1: Select Property
- Tap Schedule Tour on the property page
- View available dates and times
Step 2: Choose Time
- Select your preferred date
- Choose a time slot
- Pick tour duration:
- 15 min: Quick walkthrough
- 30 min: Standard tour (recommended)
- 45 min: Detailed viewing
- 60 min: Extended visit
Step 3: Confirm Details
- Review property address
- Confirm date and time
- Read any special instructions
- Tap Confirm Booking
Step 4: Wait for Approval
- Auto-approved: Instantly confirmed if you're verified
- Pending: Agent reviews within 24 hours
- Notifications: Get alerts on status changes
Managing Bookings
View Upcoming Tours
- Go to Tours tab
- See all scheduled tours
- Tap for details
Modify a Tour
- Open the tour details
- Tap Reschedule
- Select new date/time
- Confirm change
Cancel a Tour
- Open tour details
- Tap Cancel Tour
- Select reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 hours before to avoid potential restrictions on future bookings.
Tour Requests
Request Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for agent approval |
| Approved | Confirmed, ready to tour |
| Denied | Not approved (see reason) |
| Cancelled | Tour cancelled by you or agent |
| Completed | Tour finished |
If Denied
- Check the denial reason
- Request alternative times
- Try similar properties
- Contact support if needed
Calendar Sync
Add tours to your calendar:
Automatic Sync
- Go to Settings → Calendar
- Connect Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar
- Tours auto-added with reminders
Manual Add
- Open tour details
- Tap Add to Calendar
- Choose your calendar app
- Event created with all details
