Steps

1. Open the VADO app or visit web.vadoapp.com
2. Tap Create Account
3. Choose your signup method
4. Enter required information
5. Verify your email (check spam folder)

Profile Information

Required

• Full Name: As shown on your ID
• Email: Valid email for notifications
• Phone Number: For tour reminders

Optional

• Profile Photo: Helps agents recognize you
• Preferred Contact: Email or phone
• Language: App language preference

ID Verification

Most properties require ID verification for tours.

Why Verify?

• Security: Protects homeowners and properties
• Faster Bookings: Auto-approve eligible
• Full Access: Tour all verified properties

Verification Process

1. Go to Profile → Verify Identity
2. Select your ID type:
   • Driver's License
   • Passport
   • State ID
3. Scan front and back of ID
4. Take a live selfie (no photos of photos)
5. Submit for review

What We Check

• ID authenticity
• Face match
• Age verification (must be 18+)

Quick Approval

Ensure good lighting and a clear photo for fastest verification.

Notification Settings

Control how VADO contacts you:

Tour Notifications

• 24 hours before: Reminder with details
• 1 hour before: Final reminder with directions
• Tour start: Access code notification

Communication Preferences

• Marketing emails: Weekly featured properties
• Agent messages: Real-time notifications
• System updates: Important announcements

Quiet Hours

Set times when you don't want notifications:

1. Go to Settings → Notifications
2. Enable Quiet Hours
3. Set start and end times
4. Choose days (e.g., weekends only)

Payment Information

Add payment for premium features:

• Free Tier: Basic tours, 24hr+ AI cache
• Pro ($20/mo): Enhanced AI, more features
• Ultra ($50/mo): Real-time AI, priority support

Adding Payment

1. Go to Settings → Subscription
2. Choose your plan
3. Enter payment details
4. Confirm subscription

Privacy Settings

Data Controls

• Location: Only shared during active tours
• Tour History: Private by default
• Notes: Encrypted, only you can access

Account Deletion

1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Tap Delete Account
3. Confirm deletion
4. All data permanently removed within 30 days
